Instead, starving yourself will only cause your body to hoard fat just as a basic precautionary mechanism, not to mention that you are going to be most likely experiencing hunger cravings and pangs due to the sugar imbalance. Instead of starving yourself, it is much better to eat several small frequent meals everyday in order to boost your metabolism.

Overall, a cholesterol lowering diet is a good start to a healthy future.
